We believe that all Boards should offer a mentoring programme to their Directors and to other Senior and Key Managers. Not just for the benefit of the individual and growth of the company – it’s a smart move in terms of governance too. 
 
An external Mentor can offer unique perspectives and insights into the structure, dynamics and leadership of your organisation, while the individuals involved get the chance to test ideas and talk through strategies and outcomes in an open and honest environment.

How it works 

Here's what we will do... 
 
Talk with your strategic team, including Chairman , CEO or Talent Director, about the overall needs of your Executive Team, Senior and other Key Managers 
Establish specific details and needs of individuals to be mentored 
Confirm the overall time plan, frequency of meetings, proposed off-site venues and costings 
Set up first meetings directly with the individuals involved 
Maintain continuity with individuals during and between agreed number of sessions 
Confirm back to the organisation when all sessions are complete
